Brandon Komor Where does VW fall in this lineup? Rubye Hannah This is something very interesting that is worth paying everyone’s attention ,an excellent chance to work for those people who want to use their free time so that they can make some extra money using their computers… I have been working on this for last two and half years and I am earning 60-90 dollar/ hour … In the past week I have earned 13,70 dollars for almost 20 hours sitting …. Any specific qualification, degree or skills is not necessary for this, just keyboard typing and a good working and reliable internet connection …. Not any Time limitations or boundations to start work … You may do this work at any time when you willing to do it …. Just know how I have been doing this…..….see this (webiste-Iink) on my !profile!` to know how I am working` on this` gdfffgb Sabrina Johnson I imagine pretty similarly where Audi stands. Audi is a VW subsidiary and has been for years. Anyone who owns one would agree whole-heartedly that they belong there. Jason Odin VW ranked 13th reliable brand. Brad Krane I had too many vw and all were junk, like my fords. I’ll do japanese always!!!!! craigcole I’m shocked by all this … it’s only been the same exact story for the past 25 years. “American cars keep getting better but the Japanese are most reliable.” eticha I’m surprised about Audi! thatguy88 Fuck. Off. eid I generally believe the results but surveys have to separate expensive mechanical problems vs software/interface problems. Lots of new cars are having computer issues. I know infiniti car’s entertainment center/interface is bad and pretty slow (i have a q50s) but mechanical stuff is fine. (Infiniti trucks on the other hand do have mechanical reliability issues and probably computer problems too) EIMo Who created this list. I have a 1990 MBenz 300E with 297,000 miles, 1999 MBenz ML320 with 410,000 miles and 2012 MBenz ML350 BlueTec Diesel with 80,000 miles. Yes, all of the new cars have technology issues but the engines, chassis and mechanical parts are the best. Giuseppe Vitali Pity about the looks and performance. maryfields15 This is something really interesting that is worth paying your attention right now,a superb online opportunity to work for those people who want to use their free time so that they can make some extra money using their computers… I have been working on this for last two and half years and I am earning 60-90 dollar/ hour … In the past week I have earned 13,70 dollars for almost 20 hours sitting …. Infotainment complaints are consumer dissatisfaction, not reliability problems. erschroedinger Note the top makes generally aren’t the ones who innovate. They either don’t have cutting edge technology, or they wait until it’s perfected. Mercedes, among others, is the opposite. Sure, that’s going to produce more problems, but like most things in life, that’s a tradeoff people have to decide if they want. Epicurus Where would the Chevy Volt fall if it was considered individually? GM should have created a separate division for the Volt or made it a Buick product. Why saddle a revolutionary car with Chevy’s history of poor reliability and workmanship? Dumb. Allen why no mitsubishi? Richard Joash Tan where is Tesla? john jay WHO GIVES A SHIT ABOUT A CAR THAT COSTS 100000 US $ MADE BY A FUCKING JEW BASTARD? john jay VW has become a piece of shit brand! LIERS,DECEIVERS,CROOKS! and I didn’t said this; VW itself proved this! we,the poor customers can only whitness this disgusting behaviour from VW! M.O. Your statement makes no sense… M.O. Because it costs a lot of money to create a separate brand! Look how long it took Hyundai to create its lux brand “Genesis” after people kept suggesting it for years! Shootfire It would have been helpful for the author to explain further that the “score”, or the number, is the percent better or worse than the average car reliability. So Mini’s score of “1” means that it’s 1 percent better than the average car’s reliability. Makes more sense when you know that as opposed to it just being a random # Guest Never buy anything made by UAW workers. Got it. Donna Lee I am very curious to how this list was made up. Cuz on the other hand I saw the statistical engine failure rate for Audi to be second worst of any brand, about 15 times more likely than a Honda engine. Seventizz . Meanwhile Buick is number 7 beating Honda. Seventizz . Hyundai has a lux brand? I just thought the Gen was a sedan and a coupe. Seventizz . Not when they break or cause electrical problems – which they’re known to do. Seventizz . I’ve only owned GM cars and I’ve never had major issues. Right now I’m still driving an 09 Saturn Aura and it’s probably the best car I’ve ever owned. Although Cadillacs are expensive to fix and may require premium fuel. The Chevy Malibu and Impala score high marks across the board. The small cars probably drag the overall score down. Seventizz . As Detroit goes bankrupt… I hope you’re not American or Canadian. Brad Krane what im if not american, you have prolam with me being from other country. I not like you as american you not friendly and this suposed to be country of freedom and now you say this to be, go away you peasant person you little man. Panty Sniffer amma panty sniffer with a reliable hellcat Hope How’s about !! Land Rover !! They suck don’t see it on this. Tony Scavone Don’t believe these top 10 lists, they’re all bullshit and differ from person to person jbw9999 This list is terrible. Audi #3 most? WTF? Infinity #4 worst? No. R9 Did I just see Mercedes Benz on a list as a least reliable car manufacturer? Are you on some kind of drugs over there?

Nissan has been touch and go on reliability for a while now. While they’ve had increasing success in the sales department, this car brand’s reliability leaves something to be desired. The top offender is the Nissan Altima, which was the least reliable car of all mid-size sedans of all car brands included in the Consumer Reports survey. Some of the car problems reported by drivers include non-responsive push-button ignitions, sensor malfunctions, and complaints regarding the Constantly Variable Transmission (CVT).

All in all, the former Chrysler brands did poorly according to car owners polled by Consumer Reports. Dodge was no exception. The report shows the Dodge Dart doing the best of all the models of that particular car brand, but as a whole, Dodge produced some of the least reliable cars on the list. It appeared to be a trend within the recently purchased Chrysler brands. Hopefully, this is something that Fiat plans to address in future iterations.

The Korean automaker had a rough start in the U.S. and quickly earned a reputation for making junk cars. A recommitment to quality and a 10-year warranty to back it up eventually earned them a place at the table in the American car market. Decades later, Hyundai is still taxed by reliability issues. While they haven’t returned to being the least reliable cars, they have some things to sort out. Otherwise, they may join the car brands that find themselves at the bottom of the list.
